VE Smart Maker ("we", "us", "our") provides timetable-scheduling and document-creation tools for schools and individuals. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

We collect information you provide directly, such as:

• Account details — name, email address, phone number, and school information at registration
• School data you upload — teacher lists, class structures, subjects, rooms, and timetables
• Documents you generate — CVs, certificates, flyers, and other Maker-tool outputs
• Payment details processed by our payment partners (Stripe, Fapshi) — we do not store full card numbers

3. How we use your information

• To provide and operate the timetable-scheduling engine and Maker tools
• To process payments and manage subscriptions
• To communicate with you about your account, approvals, and support requests
• To improve the reliability and quality of our scheduling engine

4. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with the service providers that help us operate — such as our hosting provider, database provider, and payment processors — and only to the extent necessary for them to perform their function.

5. Data retention

We retain account and school data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we're required to retain it for legal or accounting purposes.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us through the Support page. School administrators can manage their own school's data directly from the admin dashboard.
